Shipping Methods
We currently ship through UPS, offering several delivery options depending on your location and order size.
UPS Shipping Options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Early
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your ZIP code and selected service.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day.
- Processing times may increase slightly during peak seasons (Mardi Gras season, holidays).
In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail location:

Pickup is available during regular business hours. You will receive a confirmation email or text notification once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation or a valid ID when picking up your items.
Products on Display in Store
Items displayed in our retail store are also available for purchase online. All products listed on our website are eligible for both in-store pickup and nationwide UPS shipping.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is not available at this time.

- Delivery delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volume are outside our control.
- Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returned packages.
