At Mardi Gras Apparel, we take pride in providing high-quality products for your celebrations and events. Due to the seasonal and limited-edition nature of many of our items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
To process your request, please provide:
- 2–3 clear photos showing the defect
- A photo of the product tag
- Your order number
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Once approved, we will typically replace the defective item with the same product. If the item is unavailable, we may issue:
- A refund
- An exchange for another item of equal value
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Replacement shipping costs for approved defective items will also be covered by us.
Size Exchanges
We offer a 15-day size exchange policy from the delivery date.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be in original condition
Size exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:
- A similar replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund at our discretion
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping costs for the replacement item
An invoice for shipping charges may be sent before the replacement item ships.
Faster Exchange Option
If you need the correct size quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size and returning the original item for a refund, minus shipping charges.
Some customers also choose to purchase two sizes and return the size that does not fit within the 15-day exchange window. This is acceptable as long as all return conditions are met.
In-Store Exchanges
Customers may exchange eligible items in person at our showroom at no additional cost.
Please bring:
- Your order number or receipt
- The item in original condition

Please do not reply to order confirmation emails for return requests, as those inboxes are not monitored daily for support.
Customers may also choose to purchase their own return label if preferred.
