  • All sales of seasonal items are final. We do not issue refunds for these purchases.

2. Returns for Defective Items

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products. If you believe your item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Contact us via the chat box on our website and provide clear images of the defect for verification.
  • Upon confirmation, we will exchange the defective item and cover all associated shipping charges. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag attached to be eligible for exchange.

3. Size Exchanges

  • For size exchanges, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the tag still attached.
  • We offer two options for size exchanges:
    • In-Person Exchange: Visit our store at 658 Leson Court, Harvey, LA 70058, located inside the big orange logo Express Marketing Building. We have dressing rooms available for you to try on items before finalizing your purchase.
    • Mail Exchange: Initiate an exchange by contacting us through the chat box on our website. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the original item and the delivery of the replacement item.
