Return Policy

General Policy

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final.  We offer limited returns and exchanges under specific conditions which are outlined below:

Defective Workmanship

If you receive a product with defective workmanship, you must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date documented in your shipment tracking details.

We will require some photographs of the defect to approve the return.  Please take clear photographs clearly showing the defect as well as the product tag.  2-3 photos are all we usually need to verify the defect.

The item must be in its original condition; unworn, unwashed with the tags attached to be eligible for return.

We typically exchange the defective item with the same non-defective item.  If that item is not available, at our discretion, we will issue a refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.

If we request the item to be returned to us, we will issue a return label, at no cost to the customer.

The customer will not be required to pay shipping costs for the replacement item.

Size Exchanges

If you find that your product does not fit, we do offer a 15-day size exchange.

To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be in its original condition; unworn, unwashed with the tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.

The size exchange will only be issued for the same product.  If the product is out of stock we will, at our discretion, exchange the product for a similar product or issue a refund for the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the product back to our facilities as well as the shipping costs to send the new product to the customer.  We will typically send an invoice for the additional charges.  Please note that these charges must be paid before we are able to ship the replacement product.  This is why the option below is our recommended method to exchange a product for a new size.

If time is of the essence, the faster option is to purchase the correct size from our website and return the size that does not fit for a refund minus all shipping charges.  Please note that you must purchase the same product to be eligible for this type of exchange.

Some customers have decided to purchase two of the same items with different sizes and just return the size that doesn’t fit for a refund; this is acceptable to us and we will honor it just as long as you meet the 15-day size exchange window.  Customers are still responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers always have the option to visit our showroom to exchange the item in-person for free as well as try on the product in one of our fitting rooms.  You must provide your order number or your receipt at the time of exchange.

How to request a return label

You can request a return label by doing one of the following:

  1.  Give us a call at 1-866-383-6020

  2.  Visit our website and use the chat box located in the bottom left corner.

  3.  Visit our website and log into your account and request a return.

Please do not respond to our emails to request a return label or customer support.  Emails are not monitored on a daily basis for customer support.
