SEASONAL PRODUCTS AND COVID19 RETURN POLICY
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON
The products that we sell on our website are seasonal in nature and the risk of processing a return, restocking, and reselling presents the possibility of spreading COVID19 to our customers and our employees, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We photograph and inspect all of our products for workmanship before we ship to insure that the possibility of a return is minimal.
If you receive a product that is defective, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product. We do not issue refunds. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You must report a defective product within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
If you receive a defective product, please take photographs of the damaged item immediately and submit them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not consider a replacement if the product tag is missing or if the shirt has been washed or worn.
Do not send the product back to us without first contacting us for approval.
